Grants for two-week residencies at Palucca Schule Dresden
Tanzplan Dresden has this year once again awarded two grants to young choreographers for the duration of the Summer Workshop, who can work with an interdisciplinary team of up to four artists in Dresden. In addition to maintenance costs, the teams will be provided with their own studio at the Palucca Schule, and will be supported by a sound and light technician and by Carmen Mehnert as mentor. Carmen is the director of the programme Performing Arts of HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts Dresden. During the Creative Residencies, open and moderated showings as well as a Work-in-Progress performance will be organized.

Grants will be awarded for young choreographers in summer 2010 again. Application will be possible in autumn 2009. Details will provided in our newsletter.
